Job Description
Position: HR Executive Junior
Location: Klang
Salary: RM 2,500 – 3,00 per month
Responsibilities:
– Provide support in full spectrum of Human Resource activities including payroll calculations and staff attendance checks.
– Coordinate recruitment documentation and handle employee movements.
– Engage with Government authorities regarding HR matters.
– Address employee discipline issues and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
– Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
– Minimum of 3 years working experience.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Strict discipline in maintaining confidentiality.
