Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers and provide information about services/products.
- Showcase features and benefits of products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in customer registration for services/products.
- Gather customer feedback and report on products/services.
- Maintain a positive and professional company image.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: SPM/Diploma/Degree.
- Immediate start preferred.
- Location: Mid Valley, TRX, Sg Wang, or Plaza Damas.
- Able to work shifts.
Job Types: Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
