Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our team at DHL as an Executive, Credit Collection. In this vital role, you will support the Finance Department with various tasks, including processing E-Inv error reports, maintaining master data, and managing COD and cheque transactions.
Responsibilities also encompass unidentified payment processing, refund requests, and filing in a systematic manner. The ideal candidate must have a minimum diploma in Accounting, with at least 2 years of experience in credit collection.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential, alongside proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
