Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Data Analyst to join our Service Management team in an ITIL environment. Your responsibilities will include investigating discrepancies, analyzing collected data, and ensuring the identification and resolution of trends and incidents. You will initiate corrective actions, perform root cause analysis, and understand Service Level Agreements (SLA) to enhance service delivery.
As a Data Analyst, you will leverage metrics to validate success, produce detailed service reports, and facilitate the development of improvement plans. Your role is crucial in driving enhancements in service level reporting.
