Job Description
The Human Resource Manager is a crucial role within our company, Maven Global Group Sdn Bhd. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects related to human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels. They should have a comprehensive understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, and be able to implement them to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Administering employee benefits and compensation plans
- Overseeing employee relations and resolving conflicts
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback
- Facilitating training and development programs
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, along with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. A Master’s degree and HR certification would be a plus.
