Industry: Automotive

RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:

• Steer the sales target & KPI.
• Maintain regular basic number of customers and consistent sales volume.
• To execute and manage company’s marketing activities & sales target.
• Identify new market and customer.
• Quotations to customers.
• Ensure all customers inquiries reverted within target time.
• Monitor outstanding balance of customers’ accounts closely and ensure prompt customer payment.
• Visit existing or potential clients, service existing clients, get orders and build new clients by planning and organizing daily work schedules.
• Able to demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
• Able to handle complaint and manage the customers’ expectations.
• Build good image of company and excellent networking with potential customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education & Experience:

• Candidate Educational level must be above SPM or Diploma.
• At least 1-2 years (s) of working experience in the related field.
• With sales experience covering automotive
• Knowledge, experience or network in vehicle service workshop/ automotive retail market will be an advantage.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
