Job Description
Ridge Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Building Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling invoices, preparing management reports, and maintaining accounts in accounting software. Key responsibilities also include managing all finance-related documents, assisting auditors, handling billing and collections, and managing property management systems. The role involves addressing residents’ queries and complaints while supporting the Area Manager and Building Executive as needed.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
Benefits: Free parking, Maternity leave
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
