Job Description

AIRSTAR (M) SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Call Centre Assistant to provide technical support to TM NOC. Your responsibilities will include handling TM NOC calls and emails, documenting interactions, and ensuring resolution of technical issues. You will work collaboratively with the Airstar Technical Team while adhering to service level agreements.

Qualifications include a minimum SPM and proficiency in both Bahasa Melayu and English. The position is based in Batu Caves, requiring shift work, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM1,800.00 per month | Benefits: Dental insurance, Health insurance, Maternity leave.
