Job Description
Location: Menara Dana 13, Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (10 minutes walking from LRT Ara Damansara Station). FREE shuttle service is available.
Job Scope:
- Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer inquiries.
- Assist and resolve customer issues.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM and above. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
- Training provided (3 weeks).
Salary Package: RM 2,00.00 basic + up to RM 500 allowance (Total: RM 2,500/month).
Working Hours: 5 days/week, 9 hours/day (1-hour break).
