Job Description
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,200
Working Days: Monday – Friday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Location: Jalan Plumbum P7/P, Seksyen 7, 400 Shah Alam, Selangor
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, focusing on sales positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess needs and strategize recruitment.
- Utilize diverse channels to source qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Promote the company’s mission and values to candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.
