Job Description
Alam Hijau Integrasi Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Account Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background with 5-6 years of experience and be familiar with MYOB software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating and sending invoices and Delivery Orders (DO) to customers.
- Updating incoming and outgoing payment records.
- Managing supplier accounts and handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Following up on overdue payments.
- Maintaining accurate financial documents.
Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Female candidates preferred. A degree or higher is mandatory.
