Job Description
Join our team as a Retail Manager! You will be responsible for organizing store operations, recruiting, training, and supervising staff to maximize performance. Your role includes managing budgets, overseeing pricing, and ensuring compliance with legal health and safety guidelines.
We seek candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, proven retail management experience, and excellent communication skills. Being bilingual in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
This full-time position offers a salary between RM5,00.00 – RM7,00.00 per month, with opportunities for promotion, performance bonuses, and a day shift schedule.
