Job Description
This position is offered to you with a High Salary and High Commission Scale. As an Indoor Sales Consultant at Sun-Shine Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for serving walk-in customers at our branches, providing them with information about our car tinted products and services. You will also handle customer queries and complaints, process orders, and escalate complaints when necessary. Additionally, you will play a vital role in front-end sales at the branch.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Responsibilities:
- Preferably Female candidates
- Meet sales objectives and targets
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients
- Follow up on activities with existing and new clients to increase sales revenue
- Gather market intelligence and product information and provide feedback to management
- Communicate with customers through various channels (WhatsApp, phone calls, etc.)
- Convince customers to upgrade to higher quality tint and educate them about car care products
- Solve customer problems related to car tint and ensure customer satisfaction
- Serve walk-in customers, provide product demonstrations, and educate customers about heat rejection of tinted windows
Job Type: Full-time
Basic Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,00 per month + commission
