Job Description
PORTMAN College is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to report directly to the President. The COO will oversee IT/IS, HR, governance, and business administration, focusing on data-driven accountability and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include policy implementation, budget coordination with the CFO, and adherence to accreditation standards. Candidates should have at least 3 years of management experience in education and must be proficient in English.
Position type: Full-time, Contract (12 months). Salary: RM4,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month, with bonuses and promotion opportunities.
