Job Description
Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Production Planner to improve processes and optimize planning. Supervise and motivate operators, ensure daily targets are met, and maintain low rejection rates. Coordinate with departments supporting production, manage housekeeping in production areas, allocate operators, prepare and submit production reports, and address disciplinary issues.
Requirements: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, effective communication, ability to work independently, and at least 2 years of experience. Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
