Job Description
We are currently seeking an Executive, Shipping and Packing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the shipping and packing process, ensuring that all orders are shipped accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to schedule shipments
- Inspect and verify the accuracy of outgoing orders
- Ensure proper packing and labelling of products
- Track and monitor shipment status
- Resolve any shipping-related issues or customer complaints
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Experience in shipping and packing operations, knowledge of shipping regulations, and proficiency in using shipping software are also highly desirable.
