Job Description
Job purpose:
Jobholder handles incoming customer calls that flow into the Contact Centre pertaining to service inquiries, requests or complaints, whilst referring to work policies and procedures to provide complete, accurate responses to customers.
Job accountabilities / Key result areas:
- Identify and handle customer inquiries completely, accurately and resolve customer complaints and problems to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Execute customer service and sales skills where appropriate to optimize the opportunity of each customer contact.
- Educate the customer about the organization’s products and services and direct them toward available resources for self-help.
- Maximize opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services in accordance with given guidelines.
- Initiate or propose work process improvements and participate in any service initiatives for increased effectiveness and productivity.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of the organization’s customer data.
- Quality Performance KPIs – Accomplish service quality standards such as QM – 85%, TPNPS – 65%, FCR – 90%.
- Operational Efficiency KPIs – Accomplish adherence to work schedule, and ACW target of 25 seconds & Hold Time target of 10 seconds.
Requirements:
- Must have some contact centre experience.
- Must possess at least SPM and above.

Salary: RM2,300.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
