Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Must be good in SQL accounting.
- Assist in GL entry and journals update.
- Prepare SOA, AR, and AP reports.
- Handle invoices, credit, and debit notes.
- Assist in AR collection, SST filing, and submission.
- Assist in financial report preparation.
- Support administrative tasks as assigned.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Able to work multi-task and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, especially Excel).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal (English, Bahasa), with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management.
- Minimum 1 year working experience using SQL accts.
Salary: RM 1800-RM 2500 based on working experience.
