Job Description
Kebajikan Pekerja
- Assist in monitoring employee performance and collaborate with management to assess underperforming employees
- Ensure employees comply with all company policies and state/national regulations
- Maintain employee records and update them as necessary
- Collaborate with management to update company policies
- Facilitate communication between management/departments and employees
Penggajian
- Assist in collecting daily, weekly, or monthly timesheets
- Assist in calculating salaries, bonuses, and allowances
- Prepare bank payment schedules for salary purposes
- Assist in preparing and distributing payslips
- Assist in preparing salary expenditure reports
- Input data of new employees (e.g., bank account and tax identification number) into the internal database
Lain-lain
- Assist in administering the leave management system and other leave-related matters such as resignations, internships, professional development, etc.
- Draft email announcements, provide HR-related letters such as confirmation letters, visa applications, letters of undertaking, testimonials, performance notices, warnings, etc.
