Job Description
Join our team at Eteam Workforce Sdn. Bhd. in Cyberjaya as a Customer Service Representative! We are looking for immediate joiners who are fluent in Mandarin.
Working Days: 5 days a week with rotational week-offs (Sunday – Monday).
Working Hours: Rotational shifts.
Salary: RM4,200.00 – RM4,500.00 per month based on experience.
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience is required. SPM qualification is also acceptable.
Benefits include dental, health, and vision insurance, along with a flexible schedule and performance bonuses.
Interested candidates should possess strong Mandarin communication skills and prior customer service experience.
