Job Description
1. Report to Head of Warehouse & Logistics Management, carrying out daily warehouse operations according to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
2. Receive incoming goods, visually inspect for damages, ensure correct batch numbers and valid stocks as per Delivery Order.
3. Label materials and containers with appropriate status, segregate stocks according to category, and store them under required conditions.
4. Issue materials to Production based on request forms, receive finished products from Production, and deliver goods to customers.
5. Verify and return materials from Production, ensure proper storage, update stock records, and investigate any stock variances.
6. Monitor and record temperature and humidity in the warehouse on a daily basis.
7. Receive and store scheduled waste from respective departments.
8. Assist in the destruction of approved rejected materials and coordinate scheduled waste collection.
9. Perform weekly cleaning of storage area, calibration of weighing balance, and inspection of forklift and other equipment.
10. Dispose of rejects or write-off materials through proper channels.
11. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental and company targets.
12. Perform any other relevant duties assigned by immediate superior and management.
