Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Smartphone Technician to join our team at Exclusive Factory Mobile Sdn Bhd, located in Shah Alam.
Job Objective: Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of smartphones, tablets, and watches. Ensure high-quality service and return devices in optimal working condition.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Diagnosis and repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory management.
- Compliance and documentation.
- Skill enhancement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,850.00 – RM2,300.00 per month
