Job Description

We are looking for a Local Malaysian Korean Speaker to join our team at Manpower Staffing Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. The position offers a basic salary of RM8,500, with potential KPI incentives of up to RM500.

Working hours are rotational shifts, 9 hours per day, from 8 AM to 9 PM, including weekends, over a 5-day work week.

Preferred qualifications include STM/STPM education and at least 1 year of experience as a Customer Care Specialist. Proficiency in Korean and English is preferred.
