Job Description
Eligibility:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Proficient in written Malay with good formal structure
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with order issues and resolutions.
- Respond to inquiries via marketplace chat.
- Address FAQs from customers on social media.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,600.00 – RM1,800.00/month
