Job Description
Transmatic Automotive Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Car Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will manage daily customer service requirements in compliance with SST procedures, handle service appointment registrations, and promote services and spare parts sales.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with mechanics, handling customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction, and updating spare part statuses. This is a permanent position with a monthly salary of RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 and additional benefits.
