Job Description
We are GenBijakDotMy Sdn Bhd, an HRD Training Provider specializing in corporate team building. We are seeking a motivated Junior Customer Service representative to enhance our client relations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Interacting with corporate clients (B2B) via WhatsApp, email, or phone calls.
- Coordinating Google Meet sessions for clients.
- Collaborating with hotels, transport providers, and trainers for team building programs.
- Assisting the Director of Sales & Marketing with quotations and invoices.
- Following up on client inquiries.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,00.00 per month.
