Job Description
HLK (Chain-Store) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage customer relationships and ensure departmental efficiency. Key responsibilities include handling customer feedback, conducting investigations, providing leadership, training staff, and compiling reports. Candidates should hold a diploma or degree and possess relevant experience. Fresh graduates and those with two years of experience are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in MS Office and English is required, while knowledge of Chinese dialects is an advantage. Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kemuning and ideally be under 35 years old.
