Job Description
Beans Business Services Sdn Bhd is seeking enthusiastic candidates for the position of Multilingual Customer Service Representative. This role involves professionally interacting with customers via phone and chat, reconnecting and reactivating customer accounts, and addressing complaints.
Job Requirements: Local Malaysians aged below 40, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin is essential. Immediate availability is preferred.
Working Location: Subang Jaya (Connected to KTM & LRT Subang Jaya)
Salary: RM3,800 – RM9,00 per month, plus RM200 attendance allowance.
