Job Description
AstraZeneca is seeking a talented National Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of District Managers. Your responsibilities will include setting objectives, coaching, and assessing skill development to ensure effective portfolio management. You will also need to meet sales forecasts, manage regional operational budgets, and collaborate with Brand Teams for optimal resource allocation.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Previous experience in Sales Training, Operations, or Brand Team is desirable, along with an advanced degree.
