Job Description
PUSTAKA RAWANG is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Intern. Responsibilities include:
- Entering invoice and payment details into the system.
- Processing vendor invoices.
- Effective vendor communication.
- Preparing bi-weekly payment batches.
- Reconciling accounts payable records.
- Assisting in month-end close activities.
- Reviewing invoices.
- Generating purchase orders.
Job Type: Internship
Contract Length: 6 months
Pay: RM600.00/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
