Position: Customer Service Logistic

Working Days: 5 Days Only
Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Respond to customer feedback and requests efficiently.
• Manage shipment bookings and follow-ups with shipping liners.
Requirements:
• Female candidates preferred.
• Minimum SPM; fresh graduates encouraged.
• 1 year of experience in a related field preferred.
• 2 positions available; training will be provided.
