Job Description
We are hiring Mandarin speakers for a well-known BPO company in Cyberjaya.
Job Position: Customer Service Executive (Travel Industry Project)
Job Role: Dealing with customer queries and complaints, providing advice about visas or passports.
Salary: Basic – 4500MYR + KPI allowance max up to 300MYR + Night shift allowance max up to 320MYR
Language: Mandarin (read, write, and speak proficiency required)
Work Place: Concentrix, Prima 1, Jalan Teknorat 5, Cyber 5, 6300 Cyberjaya
Shift: 24/7 shift
Experience required: Minimum 6 months work experience in customer service
Education: Minimum Diploma or above
Project Start Date: 8 Jan’ 2024
