Job Description
JAYA NETS SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Manager to drive our expansion into the fishing industry. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing sales strategies for export and domestic markets.
- Recruiting and training a new sales team.
- Identifying prospects in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
- Collaborating on product adaptation for new markets.
- Implementing and optimizing our ERP system.
- Monitoring KPIs to measure market success.
