Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our footwear retail shop.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise sales staff and assist in training.
- Achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain the store’s image and handle inventory management.
- Analyze store performance and resolve customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years in retail or supervisory roles.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work shifts, 6 days a week.
Salary: RM2,900.00 – RM3,500.00/month
