Responsibilities:

• Processing admission/interim/discharge/post hospitalization claims up to the given endorsement limit.
• Liaising with internal and external parties on issues pertaining to guarantee letter issuance when needed.
• Endorsing and training junior staff.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in any Science related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in claims processing.
