Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Admin Executive to provide administrative support for our office operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform daily administration duties such as filing, copying, and emailing.
- Process paperwork, generate reports, and maintain the database.
- Arrange and monitor pantry supplies, stationery, and inventory.
- Communicate effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- File documents and manage communications.
- Execute any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Degree holder with at least Gred B in SPM Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Salary Range: RM3,00 to RM4,00 per month
