Job Description
Job Scope:
- Prepare billing (Invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note) and shipping documents within deadlines.
- Key in and verify vendor invoices in the accounting system.
- Ensure accurate billing and collaborate with departments for timely tasks.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum LCCI or equivalent accounting/bookkeeping certificate.
- Female, computer literate, fluent in English & Malay.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is advantageous.
Remuneration: RM2,500 – RM3,00 per month with benefits.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduates welcome.
