Job Description
Location: INNSIDE BY MELIA KL
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Reservation & Revenue Manager to join our team. The responsibilities include:
- Monitor daily operations of reservations.
- Control room inventory for maximum yield.
- Develop and conduct marketing activities related to rooms.
- Track sales programs and evaluate marketing trends.
- Monitor guest history data and maintain client profiles in the database.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Collaborate with various departments during weekly strategy meetings.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
