Job Description
INNSIDE BY MELIA KL is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will:
- Develop action plans to achieve sales targets using the SMART goal theory.
- Identify new market opportunities to boost hotel revenue.
- Perform a minimum of 5 sales calls daily and 3 hotel inspections weekly.
- Manage sales trips for business opportunities.
- Conduct monthly sales blitz with the sales team.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and follow up on proposals.
- Chair sales meetings and assist with budgeting.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM6,00.00 – RM7,00.00/month
