Job Description

Position: Customer Service Executive
Date of Joining: Must be able to join on 23RD SEPT 2024
Location: UOA Subang
Basic Salary: RM2400
Working Days: Monday – Sunday (2 Days Off)
Job Type: 12 Months Contract (Renewable/Permanent based on performance)
Job Scope:
- Address customer queries via voice channels
- Present product information effectively
- Meet individual KPIs and collaborate with the team
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain customer confidentiality
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM with good English & Bahasa skills
- Computer Literate
- Customer Care experience preferred
