Job Description
Fifarasol Group Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian fashion brand established in 2016, prioritizing style and quality for every product produced.
Job Scope:
- Answering agent and customer inquiries regarding feedback, returns, refunds (After Sales Service) through all mediums such as Whatsapp, DM, Email, Call, Telegram Group
- Managing all feedback or complaints and recording them for improvement purposes
- Managing the return and refund process
- Managing the “Pick & Parcel Packing” process
- Performing quick and detailed quality checks (QC) on garments
- Tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements:
1. Interest and commitment to interact online or over the phone
2. Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any related course (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
3. Computer literate
4. Able to work at: 46-G, Jalan Tengah Cheras Selatan 118, Taman Sri Indah, 43200 Cheras, Selangor
