Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Clerk to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance to clients on spa procedures.
- Managing incoming calls and client information.
- Keeping the reception area clean and organized.
- Introducing and educating clients about new beauty products.
- Updating clients on promotions and processing payments.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor records.
- Receiving feedback and complaints to enhance service delivery.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh Graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 10/01/2024
