Job Description

The Admin Executive is responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to ensure the smooth operations of the company. Key responsibilities include maintaining and organizing office files and documents, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating administrative activities. The ideal candidate for this position should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using office software and equipment is required. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and organizing office files and documents
  • Handling correspondence and emails
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Coordinating administrative activities
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
