Job Description
- Checking food quality and food & beverage preparation
- Ensuring smooth daily operations of the restaurant
- Organizing and reviewing employee shift schedules
- Monitoring and controlling operating costs
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
- Training new employees
- Following instructions from superiors as needed
Qualifications:
- SPM/SKM/Diploma/Degree in related field
- Experience in F&B or related field
- Own transportation
- Willingness to travel
