Job Description:
- Learn/manage production planning principles and plastic manufacturing processes.
- Create production schedules based on demand forecasts.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with various departments.
- Analyze production data and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Production).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of plastic manufacturing is an advantage.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa.
