Job Descriptions:
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate resources to optimize production efficiency.
- Lead and supervise production teams, providing guidance and support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate with international partners.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
