Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with onsite installation of systems for new clients.
• Conduct training sessions and deliver product presentations to customers.
• Develop and maintain software documentation and participate in software testing.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Resolve customer issues using a ticketing system.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in English, SQL, and networking principles.
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Product-specific training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
