We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of our company’s human resource activities.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
• Ensuring effective onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Administering employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Monitoring employee performance and providing guidance and support for professional development.
• Handling employee relations and addressing employee grievances promptly.

Requirements:
