Job Description
1. Greet babies and children warmly upon arrival.
2. Assess the physical condition of babies and children for any injuries and report to the nursery/kindergarten supervisor.
3. Check the completeness of items brought by babies and children to ensure they are in good and undamaged condition.
4. Ensure the baby and children’s meal schedules are comfortable and safe.
5. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of baby and children’s sleeping areas.
6. Assist in selecting and preparing materials and equipment suitable for the needs, readiness, and development of babies and children.
7. Assist in supervising and ensuring the safety, health, and comfort of babies and children both inside and outside the nursery/kindergarten area under their care.
8. Provide guidance and accompany babies and children during daily classroom activities.
9. Ensure the classroom or other rooms are tidy and organized before and after Teaching and Learning (P&P) sessions.
10. Plan and implement appropriate Teaching and Learning (P&P) activities guided by the PERMATA curriculum.
11. Provide attention, education, and care appropriate to the age of the children.
12. Analyze and manage activities outside the nursery/kindergarten area.
13. Manage information and records of children’s development.
14. Observe children’s development progress.
15. Report children’s development progress to parents/guardians.
16. Provide counseling and advisory services to parents/guardians regarding their children.
