Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to reach out to potential corporate clients.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of client contact details.
- Apply effective communication skills to engage with clients via phone calls.
- No sales involved.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Malay or Chinese is a bonus.
- Strong typing skills for efficient data entry.
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
- Willingness to work in Kelana Jaya.
Job Type: Part-time, Contract (3 months)
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM3,300.00 per month
